Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repackage your Fiido e-bike in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
